Our menus are produce driven and focus on seasonality and provenance, focusing on cooking over charcoal produced from a local Kentish woodland.

Situated within the garden of England and only 10 miles from the coast we are spoilt with an abundance of incredible local produce on our doorstep. Our ethos is to showcase the very best of British produce.
